Distant Reiki healing is a practice where Reiki energy, often described as universal life force energy, is sent to someone who is not physically present with the practitioner. It’s based on the idea that energy isn’t limited by time or space, meaning it can travel across distances.
The recipient doesn’t need to do anything except remain open to receiving it. Many describe the experience as calming, balancing, or even emotionally uplifting, even though they aren’t in the same location as the practitioner.

What can I expect during a session?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distant) healing practice. You lie down, in a relaxed environment while the therapist’s hands are placed over certain areas of the body, either lightly placed on or over your body. Reiki works with your body’s natural energy flow. During a session, you may feel a sense of warmth, relaxation, and balance as blocked energy is released. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and recharged after just one session.
What does Reiki feel like?
Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, tingling sensations, or emotional release. Most feel a sense of peace and clarity immediately after. Some also feel an immediate decrease in physical pain/symptoms. The experience and results are very individual. Reiki can do no harm.
